Our CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2017 journey
As we reflect on our journey to Conexpo-Con/Agg 2017 in Las Vegas, we were delighted to have the rare opportunity to meet and greet some of our most successful Part Suppliers.
These are the people that work tirelessly behind the scenes to help our 55,000+ Buyers find Parts every single day.
They do this by ensuring the rates are reasonable, the delivery is fast and the customer service is impeccable. All so customers get their machines back up and running in as little time as possible.
People like Jay from Axis Parts, based out of New York. Jay is a consummate professional with many years experience in the industry.
His company specialises in Pins & Bushings for all sizes of equipment. It was a great pleasure to finally meet Jay and his brother after a long time working together.
We look forward to working with Axis Parts for many more years to come!
We had the opportunity to talk with our friends at MBR Dynamic, Roger (seen here in UrParts hat) and Claudio based out of sunny Miami, Florida.
Roger from MBR told us their friendly & Experienced staff are able to help with most Parts from all leading brands. Both new and Used Parts are available from their brand new warehouse.
MBR have been working with us for several years and have always been very professional and helpful to our users.
It was a real pleasure chatting with these guys and we look forward to meeting them again - however long that may take!
We had the pleasure of meeting Javier, the owner of All Parts Expert based out of Florida, USA.
Javier is a real collaborator and had some great feedback about future development to UrParts, some of which we will be implementing soon.
We sat with Javier for a long time and really enjoyed both his enthusiasm and interest in UrParts. His team are experts in Cat & Komatsu Parts amongst other Brands.
Javier has many years experience in the Construction & Parts industry and he / his team are always happy to help. We look forward to hearing more ideas from Javier in the future!
We were delighted to finally meet Ara from Diesel Parts of America (Based out of North Hollywood, California) after missing him at the 2014 event.
Ara has many years experience in the Engine Parts sector and we have been working together for over 4 years.
Ara is always complimentary of UrParts and has been a great help in ensuring the quality of our service.
Ara and his team have excellent customer service and believe it key to help the customer as effectively as possible. We hope to continue our business relationship for many years in the future.
We met Kenny from Diesel Sales, Based out of Chicago Ilinois. After 5 years working together we were delighted to finally meet the team as receive many compliments about this company.
They specialise in Complete Engines as well as Reconditioned units amd are able to offer New and Good Used, so have the full inventory for the Buyers needs.
Diesel Sales have been in the industry for over 50 years and will be sponsoring the up and coming UPN convention in Chicago this year.

Midwest Industrial Sales out of Gardner Illinois specialise in Quality Reconditioned & New OEM Parts for CAT, Volvo, Terex, Euclid & Komatsu.
We were able to talk to two of the guys there, Both Matt and Tyson were a pleasure to meet and chat to. Tyson (seen here) gave us some excellent feedback and we loved his friendly and honest approach.
If this is the ethos of the whole company we can see why they have done so well in the industry, they are knowledgeable in both e-commerce and Parts (which is essential these days!)
Midwest Industrial have an indoor facility spanning 100,000 Square feet giving them the space to help customers with Reconditioned parts.
They have been in the industry for over 30 years and with UrParts for over 3 years. It was great to meet Tyson and Matt and we hope we can meet again in the near future!
Cervetti Tractor out of Italy, Europe. We met Gianmarco Cervetti who has been a very loyal and important friend to us over the years.
Cervetti Tractor have been with UrParts since our inception and have been an integral part of our growth and reputation.
As one of the first subscribers they were among the front line suppliers to quote, sell and provide excellent customer service to our buyers.
Cervetti Tractor have been in business for more than 40 years and are experts in all machinery from mini diggers to harvesters.
They offer New OEM and good used parts for most brands and have been selling to an international market for decades.
Gianmarco and his team have always impressed us with their knowledge of the industry especially Volvo CE and Caterpillar.
We look forward to a long and prosperous relationship with them and were delighted to have met Gianmarco face to face after so many years of business.
Hamofa Industrial Engines based out of Belgium, Europe - Although we had planned to see our friends from Hamofa, we didn't get a chance to meet them face to face.
However when we returned we had a great discussion with Rob Verhoeven about their UrParts experience and their extensive stock of Engines.
Hamofa is one of Europe's largest Engine Suppliers with a massive stock of Remanufactured, New and Used Engines & Parts.
Radiator Supply House - We met up with Will Garrett the owner of the company. Not to sound like someone's Great Aunt trying to be “hip” but these guys are so cool they ooze diesel.
When we approached the desk they knew exactly who we were and had some great anecdotes about finding, fitting and fixing a Part in two hours (They did it in one) all on their first day in Vegas.

TVH - Forklift Parts, we spoke with Dirk Von Holt, VP of Sales and Marketing. Dirk was very generous with his time and although he doesn't directly deal with UrParts customers
was well aware of how we work and appreciated our efforts in growing his business. TVH is an international company with bases in Europe and America.
They are friendly professional and experienced in new business and customer retention. It was lovely to meet and talk to Dirk.
Europe Tractor Parts, Based in Italy, Europe. We met with Francisco and his colleague Miami based Joseph.
ETP are experts in Komatsu Spares and can offer a vast array of Parts to international customers. ETP have great English, French and native Italian speakers so can cater to most customer needs.
